Dr. Michael P. Meyklyar
Dr. Michael P. Meyklyar received his Ph.D from the Institute for Optical and Physical Measurements in Moscow, Russia for his research in the field of holographic optical elements. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Meyklyar worked as a physicist at the Weizmann Institute for Science in collaboration with ELOP Electro-Optics Industries, where he developed planar optical light guides for virtual image displays. Prior to the Weizmann Institute, Dr. Meyklyar worked as an engineer and senior researcher with the State Institute of Applied Optics in Kazan, Russia.
Dr. Meyklyar has expertise in a wide variety of optical technologies including optical set-ups for fabricating holographic optical elements and optical instrumentation for measuring sensitivity and resolution of photosensitive materials. He has published 16 scientific papers and produced 13 patents.
