Mr. Shilon is the head of the trademark department of the firm, handling legal issues arising from the trademark prosecution process.  Mr. Shilon also provides clients with advice on legal issues relating to the patent and design prosecution process.

Prior to his position with the firm Mr. Shilon was an associate with the IP law firm of Appelfeld Zer Fisher (AZF) where he was responsible for all aspects of patent registration at the local, provisional, PCT and national phase.  In his role Mr. Shilon provided initial patent counsel and general advice on IP defense matters, conducted trademark searches in Israel, Europe, US and global markets, and managed related office actions.

In addition to his degree in law, Mr. Shilon has an extensive background in computers and the internet field, working for several years as a technical advisor and developer utilizing web applications JAVA, JSP, VBScript and other database languages.
