Dr. Neil Wilkof is one of Israel's leading IP lawyers, with experience of more than 30 years practicing law. Dr. Wilkof heads the Trademarks department, the technology transfer team and computer and internet law activity in the firm.

For many years, Dr. Wilkof led the intellectual property and information technology team in one of Israel's largest law firms.
Among his expertise are technology transfer and computer and internet law, as well as leading all IP matters in mergers and acquisition, consulting in infringement cases.

Dr. Wilkof was admitted to practice at the state of Ohio, USA in addition to the Israeli Bar Association.  

Lecturer and a professor at Haifa University, Bar-Ilan University, IDC Herzliya and ITT Chicago-Kent School of law, and an accomplished publisher of many articles and books.

Holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D and M.A. from the University of Chicago. Holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Yale University. 

Special advisor, counsel, member and director in a vast range of organizations such as Copyright Revision Committee and Trademark Revision Committee at the Israel Ministry of Justice, Israel Delegation to WIPO Diplomatic Conference on Copyright Law, Israel Copyright Society and Licensing Executives Society.

Member of International Trademark Association, Licensing Executives Society, AIPPI, ALAI and the International bar Association.

Served as an arbitrator in Internet Domain Name Disputes at the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Ranked in many legal guides, among others ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as an Israeli leading IP lawyer.

Manager of a worldwide leading IP blog with thousands of loyal subscribers called- "Where money issues meet IP rights". The blog discuss financial issues concerning IP rights, including securitization and collateral, IP valuation for acquisition and balance sheet purposes, tax and R&D breaks, film and product finance, calculating quantum of damages and others.
