Mr. Aviv N. Pollak is an Attorney in the firm’s Legal Department and he advises on trademark and trademark related aspects, general intellectual property rights protection, including procedures with the Israeli Trademark Office and foreign Trademark Offices around the world, ISOC-IL, various agreements, enforcement proceedings and proceedings before ISOC panels.
Mr. Pollak holds a LL.B. from OAC.
Mr. Pollak is an intellectual property law expert of wide experience in the fields of patents, trademarks and designs registration in Israel and abroad.
Before joining the Bressler firm, Mr. Pollak specialised in trademark prosecution and litigation, being the lead trademark attorney of one of Israel’s leading Intellectual Property firms.
Mr. Pollak grew up in the London, UK before immigration to Israel. He is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian.
